Not sure what else to say accept Glen was excellent. Late afternoon we had a garden pipe leak, so had to shut off all water - after posting the job, Glen alongside others contacted me and we agreed for him to come in the morning as it was too dark for him to see anything outside. Glen arrived early in the morning, contacting me before leaving to advise that he was on his way. Thankfully, Glen asked and moved the garden tap from where it was to nearer the front of the home, lowering the level of pipe being used and exposed to the wind - Glen did the work and tidied up after himself. We had also noticed a leak in the kitchen so asked Glen to have a look - it worked out that the stopcock had gone. Glen was a gent and agreed to fix it, he went off to get the part needed and returned to fix the part. Due to Glen's high professionalism, we asked him to give us a quote for some other work that needed doing i.e: showed installed, taps changed, bathroom glass door installed a new bath panel. Glen explained exactly how everything would be done and advised that he would provide a quote - he also helped me measure everything up and look at sites to see which one fitted better. Upon leaving I have spoken to Glen a couple of times tonight, providing details that he needs in regards to the shower being fitted. Another excellent things was that he has showed me how to turn off the outside tape in the winter and how to turn off the whole of the water to the house if we ever needed this - excellent and necessary things to know. I can honestly say that it was a pleasure meeting Glen and I have put his number into my phone encase needed for the future. Really good and professional worker - highly recommended

Glen did a fantastic job with our downstairs bathroom. He retiled the floor, sorted out and repainted some rotten wood, fitted new taps, plugged some holes, and repaired a small nearby glass window too. Really impressed with the finished job, looks great, and Glen was super helpful and accommodating throughout. He even finished the job in sub-zero temperatures, which was very much appreciated.
