Nick and his team were brilliant. They arrived on time, were highly professional and did an amazing job of refreshing our floorboards - the quality of the work was extremely high. Very reasonable price too. They kindly managed to fit us in at short notice and went above and beyond to complete the work in one day which we really appreciated as we had family arriving the next day. They provided us with care and cleaning instructions and even left us some felt pads for our furniture. We are incredibly happy with our new floor and would absolutely recommend Nick and his team.

Nick’s communication was top notch, with detailed quotes and thorough explanations along the way. The service on arrival was just as good, with both Nick and Ivan punctual and professional. They’re both lovely guys as well. Our floors look fantastic and we’ll have them back to finish our stairs once we can afford it!

Communication was professional, and job was finished on time and as quoted. However we are not happy with the finished floor and we are not happy to continue with more work and recommend Nick Property Maintenance Servcices Ltd.: 1. White paint gets marked very easily and is difficult/impossible to clean. We understand white floors will be easier to get dirty, but we were not informed that we wouldn’t be able to clean them. 2. Gaps between boards were left with dust/woodchips which were then painted over creating very un-sightly junctions. NPMS explained that cleaning the gaps would incur an extra charge, but in any case, this is something that should be included in the work, its just not a finished floor without at least cleaning the gaps before painting. It should be part of the scope, otherwise the job does not look good. 3. Paint comes off easily. We used normal masking tape to mark-up furniture and taking the tape off took bits of the paint with it. Masking tape is not a strong tape. 4. Some discolouration occurred, yellow marks along edges. This should not happen as floors were primed. 5. I was not happy when I was offered as a favour to keep some remaining floorboards, as I paid for them and should have kept them anyway. I did send this feedback to NPMS and received no response.
