Damp Clear took on a job that they were not skilled enough to complete We placed an order on 4th June Damp Clear set several start dates but without warning or excuse failed to turn up during June, July and August. Mr Webb and one other person spent two days on site in September, ran out of material before completing the job and left silicon render footprints and splashes on new stone paving, tiled steps and gravel. The suppliers of the silicon render advised us "there is no way to remove spills" Damp Clear suggested and recommended a solution. We requested, several times that they return and complete the job and clean up the mess but have had no communication from Damp Clear since. We do not believe they are capable of doing it and certainly don't want Damp Clear back on site. The material recommended does not appear to remove hardened render. Our only saving grace is that we were not asked for payment in advance.

They managed to get plaster on both of my cars, wiping off with a dirty plaster covered cloth. Unwilling to give me a receipt for the work, which leads me to think that the job hasn't gone through the books and has left me with nothing for the supposedly 10 years guarantee.
