Draycott plumbing removed and fitted a wc, and a sink. All paid in full in cash! The last job was to remove and fit a new bath...unfortunately I paid nick Moule upfront for the bath and various fittings as he said he would buy the best at trade prices, delivered to his address (Thankfully I ordered my taps) So £140 was transferred as this was his preferred choice of payment. He never turned up for the job, over a month ago, as apparently his mother was rushed to hospital on the fitting date morning, I gave him the time and patience required for this sad occasion. 5 weeks and I have not heard from him, he has disappeared with my money and bath. I find this dispicable that this man took advantage of me. £140 may not seem a vast amount of money to some. but to a hard working single parent, who now has to try to find the cash yet again to finish off my bathroom which is in a mess! It’s a fortune! It’s a shame, that it’s turned out this way as I cannot fault his work, I even recommended him to family! but his scruples definitely leave a lot to be desired. I feel it’s my duty to warn you that If you use him, don’t pay him in advance, he only takes cash or transfer and I would not like anyone else to lose their hard earned money as I have! Disappointed....Paulene.

Not sure he is trustworthy. I paid cash for the materials, but nsisted on paying by cheque for the remainder. He was very reluctant to accept this and offered ( at 8.45 p.m.) to drive me to Tesco’s cashpoint. In the end I made out a cheque without a named payee. As it was in the loft, I was unable to see the completed job which was to drain and clean up the cold water tank and fit a new ball valve.

Nick was fast to respond to the job, did not oversell in fact he reduced the scope of the work required and delivered exactly as he said he would, to a high standard. He was clean and tidy in his work and respectful and friendly - I would highly recommend him based on my experience. Thanks Nick!
