We’ve had a complete bathroom make-over and it’s looking great. Really pleased with the work carried out and highly recommend DPO Home Improvements. We weren’t able to see past our old bathroom to design a better use of space but Dave helped with that. Everything was removed, the suite, tiles, partitioning wall etc. As the lighting was changed and a partitioning wall was removed Dave re-plastered the ceiling. He found some ’gems’ from a previous make-over and put them right before proceeding, this meant replacing some plasterboard and re-plastering some of the walls. He coordinated getting the Electrician in to do the lighting. He even replaced our ‘dodgy’ window sill with a piece of matching worktop. The only thing left that could have impaired the look of our new bathroom was the old paint on the door/frame and Dave offered to re-paint it. Nothing was too much trouble for him. One particularly reassuring thing about Dave was that he obviously listened to all my requirements for the new bathroom installation and he checked with me and made useful suggestions along the way. Really glad we chose DPO Home Improvements to install our new bathroom.

Contacted quickly and visited next day. Assessed the job and quoted there and then. Offered options and explained the benefits. Kept us informed during the job and all completed on time. Would recommend.

DPO Home ImprovementsI was asked to replace pump. I did this work. And was never informed of bending a pipe. I mentioned to customer that I think there is a faulty Shower valve. Any additional work would be chargeable at a hourly rate. Customer declined !

DPO Home ImprovementsI was informed by customer that shower required a new pump which was replaced. There was also a fault with shower valve which would be additional cost to repair / replace Which the customer declined to have any further work carried out.
Radiator
Very pleased. Carried out the work with a minimum of fuss and would certainly use them again.
