Roof Repair
They have not come back to fix leaks, I managed get up and look at the new roof and discovered the bad workmanship. Screws sitting above the roof sheets , screw caps not on some with mastic over some others. Even a screw in the valley of the corrugated sheets this not done. They have put holes through the existing asbestos leaving asbestos fibers showing. I only discovered this after removing insulation sheets to find leaks.

CR Roofing and Property MaintenanceWe would like to note that the customer was happy with works upon completion, a brief of the job and photos of all works undertaken had been sent. Again with satisfaction. Only now after on small leak which is in process of being solved has the customer decided to leave a bad review. I can assure anyone reading that this review is there biased opinion.

Excellent job - turned up when they said they would - kept me informed of each stage - cleaned up after themselves. Worked from moment got to my house to when they packed up each day. Would definitely recommend.
