Used Complete Sewer Services (Lee Jervis) for a jet wash and for them to provide a survey on DVD and a map of our sewer system. Lee Jervis was insistent on payment after they completed the jet wash. He then supplied a report of damaged areas found during the survey plus a quote to undertake the work. Having paid for this work in full we then decided not to proceed with the additional work found during the survey. It was at this point the trouble started. They failed to supply us with the DVD evidence of the survey and the map of our sewer system. They have refused to answer or return our numerous calls, messages and emails. To date we have not received what we have paid for.

Septic Tanks & Soakaway
The job was done very fast and Lee communicated clearly up front. However, it was not finished how I wanted it and once they had the money they never came back. Felt disappointed.

Job completed on dates given, very demanding for payment. Finish could have been better. However work was carried out during showery weather, so a little flexibility given.
