ELECTRICAL:
Part P approved qualified registered Electrician, currently hold membership with Stroma/ NAPIT.
A:- Rewiring full houses and business as required
B:- Installing new Consumer Units, lights and plug sockets
C:- Carrying out Inspection and Testing on completion of new Rewiring
D:- Landlord Electrical Safety Certificate/ conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports of existing installations
E:- Under floor heating installation.
PAINTING & DECORATING:
-: Preparing properties for refurbishment,
-: Stripping walls, filling and preparing properties for decoration
-: Hanging wall papers
-: Painting decorating walls and ceilings
-: Wood sanding, filling and varnishing
-: Ceiling coving fitting
-: PVC cladding fitting.
BASIC CARPENTRY:
- Changing doors locks/ handles and repairing cupboard
- Replacing doors Architraves
- Installation of new door frame
- Installation & replacement of door
- Repairing fences and fitting
- Building and repairing sheds
- Making boxes over gas, electric meter and boiler etc.
- Basic assembly of furniture.
- Skirting board fitting.
