Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
I was given a good quote and the work could commence in a couple days. Indeed the work started on time and I paid the money in full. However on a final test/check the Bathroom Basin waste connection was leaking. The tradesman accepted it was his fault he should have bought a new pipe. He left promising to get a new pipe and fix the next day. The tradesman failed to turn up despite prompting for the next 7 days. (with no call to apologize that he was not going to make it). Since then he does not accept my phone calls and does not respond to voice mails or texts. I am now at 15 days and still counting with the job not completed and with no water in my bathroom basin. I have no water but the tradesman has my money. I will be seeking compensation via the small claims court.
