Repair of Existing Garage: Applying sealant to the existing garage roof to prevent leaking and installing a new felt roofing above it and secure it. Replacing part of existing wall of garage and install a door with proper linter support and locking mechanism.
Walls Removal &Reinforcing: Removal of 3 existing walls & reinforcing.
Extension: Extension 4.9mx2.3m with flat roof. 1 French door, 2 windows.
Removal of chimney breast: Chimney breast (x2) to be removed from base to the loft and reinforced.
New open plan Kitchen: The current kitchen and units to be dismantled and replaced with new layout kitchen in the open plan kitchen.
Downstairs Shower/ bath room: Build the new shower room with Entrance door, locking provision, Shower unit, Showerhead, Toilet (sewage properly connected to the main line), Washbasin, Taps, Extractor, Mirror cabinet, Soap holders/ shelves, towel radiator Tiling of wall and floor and anti mould Painting of the ceiling.
Up Stairs Bath Room: Fit new units to existing bathroom.
Staircase and Landings: Removal of the old boiler tank upstairs and converting the space into a good-looking wardrobe
Replacement of the parts of existing staircase (Newels, Handrails, Balusters…etc) with new parts, polishing/varnishing/painting the whole staircase. Laying carpet on the staircase with appropriate anti slip fittings.
Flooring & Painting (Whole House) Removal of the flooring for the whole house and installation of new flooring (laminate/carpet/tiles).
Spotlights: Installation of spotlights in the living room, new open plan kitchen, extension and shower with provision for isolation switches.
Retaining Wall (Garden): Replacing the garden retaining wall with new brick wall (about 1 m further away from house) with provision for garden lights.
Patio with drainage Provision: Make new patio
