Pros: responded quickly, gave a good price, started work quickly. Cons: covering of things before work is poor (had to clean sockets, pipes and valves, room without carpet was left with plaster stuck to the floorboards everywhere taking me 2 hours to scrape), they don't have working lights and haven't told anything about, just kept working in very poorly lit room, this resulted in me spending over an hour shining flashlight at spots need fixing and still missed loads, as it is hard to notice things on fresh plaster in dark room. Summary: if you cover everything yourself and provide these guys with work lights they will do good job and will fix any imperfections you point at.
