Very prompt response and visit the same day. However, I followed the advice and didn't proceed as base covering woodcut papered ceiling would be problematic.

Internal Rendering
Brendon visited to quote the job within 24 hours and was able to complete the works within a week. Cost exactly as per the quote. The job - water damaged ceiling repaired and skimmed. Damp wall plaster removed and wall refinished.
