I will never ever use Thomas Busby again and would advise other people not to either . Not only did he not FIX my problem he did not do any of the work that we agreed he would do . He skimmed over the old existing grouting VERY BADLY - when he told me he would dig out all the old grout ! He patched up a wet rotten hole in my wood panel with god knows what which wont dry as the leak still exists therefore the wood remains wet ... I asked him to cut that piece of wood out and replace it , but I could tell he wasn't keen to do that and told me " yes I will make it look pretty " he didn't even seal the inside of the shower door where the main leak was happening ! ..... He told me to let all the grout dry over night , I did this and the following morning when I cleaned the shower and bathroom which was in a proper mess after he had finished - I found the shower still to be leaking ! I contacted him to tell him and ask for a refund as the work he had done was absolutely appalling - he refused and acted very unprofessional - we have no resolution to date :-( STAY CLEAR OF THIS PERSON

BPS LtdThe customer has left a bad review for I job I was never there to do....I have pictures of the job before and after and the customer. Seems to have the idea in their head that I should work 8-6 on a Saturday to earn my money. I work on price not a "day rate"...I got to the job and it turned into a list of extras which wasn't quoted for so didn't do the extras. Now the customer had her partner threaten me with violence. I tried to resolve the issue but the customer just wanted some of the money to pay less as she thinks her time is more valuable than my own.

Internal Doors
Tom turned up on time, assessed the job and sorted it there and then. He didn't seem in the business of fleecing people and is on hand to advise on small jobs if needs be. Did a professional job and I am happy to recommend him based on his work and manner in which he conducts himself.

General Maintenance
Arrived on time and worked efficiently to repair hole in ceiling. Price charged was very fair and I will use this company again.
