Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
The work was completed by Patrick, friendly & informative guy. Work completed to satisfaction. Patrick also pointed out some remedial work on the pointing/flashing which is deteriorating and will need attention at some early stage.

It is lucky to find an expert like Patrick after a traumatic experience with another trader from this site. Patrick is such a lovely and helpful person. He finished an urgent clean up and fixed the problematic pipe connection quickly. It was raining and he got soaked badly. I hope he doesn't get cold. Thank you Patrick, you deserve the best review. You do your job wholeheartedly and your price is very reasonable. I wish we have more traders like you. I will ask you back for more jobs.

Roof Repair
Paid the guy £160 to replace the missing roof tiles and clean the downpipe. Was suppose to email me the official bill and the photos of work done . but did not so far.Also Tiles he replaced is different from the original tiles so can still see gaps thru. Waste of money .Do not recommend him for Roof repair.

Baywood MaintenanceHit Bhupat I sent you the bill twice via email. I told you that the tiles I was using was not the original tiles because the ones you have are over 40 years old. I also told you about other tiles that need fixing twitch you wasn’t happy to do, all work was done professionally.

Roof Repair
Patrick was very knowledgeable, and was able to demonstrate to us exactly what works were needed and why in order to repair the fault. He provided a very reasonable quote within hours, and was able to carry out the works 2 days later. Would recommend him to anyone in need of similar works.
