We’d had a number of people look at our issue over the past year or so, with various diagnoses. We had almost resigned ourselves to tackling the noisy water hammer when we decided to refurbish our bathroom. Josef responded to our request and attended the same day to provide a quote. Confident that he knew the cause, and keen to resolve it immediately, he went off for parts, returned, fitted and tested, solving our water hammer problem within a couple of hours. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Josef Hoffman called me a day after I posted, needing a replacement drainer in my bathroom sink as the old one was mouldy, old and awful. He came over the same morning to give me a quote. He was extremely kind and friendly. He then went off and bought the part required, and fitted it the same day in a short space of time, efficiently and competently.
