I gave Andy £3760.00 deposit for work on my property, he sorted the gates out, fitted 5 fence panels very badly, they have been refitted by another joiner. Andy as blocked all contact and gone off with my deposit, the work he's done is about £500.00, I want the rest of my deposit back as you've had this money since July 2021 and refuse to return the rest of the £3000.00. Very disappointed and would not use this man again especially after the threatening phone call from his so called partner threatening to burn my house down, burn my car and throw acid all over me. This man is dangerous and all he cares about is the money, 3 months wages he's taken, I have a lung disease called Sarcoidosis and I'm off sick, I really need this money back that he's ran off with so I can get an honest builder into my property. Please do not give this man money, you will not see it again, he has several phone numbers that he uses and also goes under different names. Trading Standards are involved, Ombudsman, Citizens Advice. I also have a crime number !!!

We’ll done Andy and team:. tackled a long neglected (30yrs) fence; advised on the salvage and replacement of materials to minimise cost; started on time (early even!); helped increase the height of the fence; removed loads of overgrown ivy and cleared the whole area afterwards, all at very reasonable prices. Priced up the job, asked me to pay for materials so he could start the job the next week. It was a new property and the work was being done whilst i was not there so could not check whether the work was done. The work still hasn't been completed 10 weeks on and have not had any money back for the materials. Andy, rang me last week and said he would return this money back to me by Friday and i have now not heard off him since.

Took a long time to do the job, but also never completed the job. We are still waiting for a panel to finish the end bit.

I can't rate Andy high enough. He was very understanding when my neighbour who has dementia started asking questions, he went the extra mile to make sure my neighbour was happy. Andy was very professional, friendly and tidy. I would highly recommend him and A. P property maintenance for any household job, infant my landlady has taken his card for anymore work that crops up. 10/10
