Job unfinished. Money taken upfront 5 months ago and you have broken every promise of returning to finish the job or refunding my money. Absolutely disgusting, How can you cheat a single mother living on the breadline with a small child out of her money and leave her with a broken toilet and broken bath. You disgust me.

Keen to do work. I have also used the company to carry out emergency blocked drain. Work was carried out quickly and without wasting time. Friendly and clean work to my specification. It has now been 3 weeks since you stopped the work giving various family reasons & we have shown a lot of sympathy & patience towards you. We are Extremely disappointed by your lack of professionalism. We have patiently waited for over 3 weeks in-spite of similar family situations in our family and with our builders family. None of us completely stopped work. Many false promises were made by you to call, email or message us, but you never called & replied to emails or messages rarely only to give new dates and make false promises. Endless calls made by us have not been answered. You could have easily sent your 2 other tilers Andrew & Mark to finish the job at my place. We cannot let this situation go on forever and are being left with no choice but to take decisions as per the situation. Can you please look into this urgently and make sure Everything is delivered at our place within a week as all payments have been made to you (around £10,000) and our builder can get it done too if you are not able to work still due to family reasons. If things have not been ordered ( orders for which you confirmed by your messages) then kindly refund the money ASAP.

Overall, a good job. There were some slight finishing issues, but this was put down to the workmanship of the original tiler several years ago.

We asked Stephen to fit a bespoke vanity unit repurposing an old chest with a Moroccan basin. Stephen was a true professional and a pleasure to deal with.
