What tradesman is needed to prepare my roof for a roof lantern to be fitted ? I contacted a roofer who said it was a tricky job and I needed a joiner, so I rang a joiner who said it would be a builder and I cannot get a builder to come ( north east ) as it seems they are all too busy for a small job. It’s a flat roof extension and the roof lantern is 1600 x 1000 ????
